吴星翔 Starr Wu

吴星翔导演于电影圈工作超过20年，担任导演助理、副导演、制片、录音、场务等工作。
导演过《红楼梦》《蒸汽》《公园》等片，入围过国内外个大影展。包括入围台湾南方影展最佳剧情片，巴西圣保罗国际影展竞赛单元，比利时短片影展，瑞士独立影展与菲律宾Dreammanila影展国际竞赛评审团特别奖，以及荣获2019印度浦那国际酷儿影展最佳导演奖。

Starr Wu worked at Chang Tso Chi Film Studio for more than 10 years as a producer, sound recorder, training actors, other pre-production preparatory work and as an assistant to director Chang Tso Chi. He has written several screenplays and won many awards in Taiwan for these. He has directed many short films including “Marry Me” and “Steam” about gay life in Taipei. His first feature film “The Story of the Stone” from 2018 was released in cinemas in Taiwan and abroad and has been screened at many international film festivals, including Sao Paulo International Film Festival.
