沙法格·阿博萨巴是一位电影剪辑师、导演、编剧及制片人，1995年生于德黑兰。她对于电影这样一个媒介的叙事力量充满兴趣。在德黑兰艺术大学学习电影剪辑后，她多年从事电影剪辑工作，参与了多部长片和短片的制作。对电影的热情驱使沙法格参加了卡拉美文化艺术学院的课程，并最终联合执导了《表皮之下》。

Shafagh Abosaba, film editor, director, writer, and producer, was born in Tehran in 1995. She has always been interested in the power of storytelling through the medium of cinema. After studying cinema at ART University of Tehran with specialization on film editing, she worked as a film editor and assistant editor for several years, collaborating on a variety of feature-length and short films. Continuing to pursue her passion for cinema, Shafagh participated in the Karnameh course and co-directed “Inside the Skin.”

玛利亚姆·迈赫迪耶是一位电影导演、编剧以及制片人，1995年生于德黑兰，于德黑兰艺术大学取得了剧本写作的学士学位。对电影和文学的激情指引Ta投身电影创作。玛利亚姆的第一部短片Sona入围了2020年爱丁堡国际电影节。之后在卡拉美文化艺术学院，Ta联合执导了第二部短片《表皮之下》。

Maryam Mahdiye is a director, writer, and producer born in Tehran in 1995. They obtained a bachelor’s degree in cinema with a specialization in screenplay writing at ART University of Tehran. Their passion for cinema and literature led them to pursue a career in filmmaking. Maryam’s first short film, “Sona,” was selected for the EIFF 2020. They then co-directed their second short film, “Inside the Skin,” in Karnameh Institute.

Amidst a community riddled with queerphobia and misogyny, we chose to craft our own narrative by penning our personal experiences into this story.
