章哲铭，毕业于台大戏剧系，主修表演。毕业后自学导演，剪辑，调光。《珍珠美少年》为其首部导演作品。此部短片已在汉堡短片节获得最佳青少年短片，并在雪梨同志影展荣最佳观众票选同志短片。

Che Ming Chang graduated from drama school as an actor. After graduating from school, he decided to become a director.
“Bubbling” is his first directorial debut. The film has already won “Neon award” at Kurzfilm Festival Hamburg and “Audience award gay short” at Queer Screen Film Fest.
